The Toy Library at Warwick Nursery School

The Toy Library was managed by Barnardos, but following the reorganisation of the Warwickshire Children’s Centres they decided that they were unable to continue to do so after the end of July 2018.

The Governors and staff of Warwick Nursery School felt it was a wonderful resource for the community that was too good to lose and so decided to take over the management from September 2018.

After much consideration, we have decided that we need to have a re-think as to how it will continue in the future. As we need to recruit a new member of staff to run it, we have decided to temporarily close it at the end of September 2018 to allow us to plan how we can make it into a sustainable resource for the families in our community. We hope to extend our range of equipment and buy some wonderful new toys. We hope you won’t forget about the Toy Library and return to use it following our exciting re-launch in the Spring term 2019.
