As a maintained nursery school, we are led by a headteacher and qualified teacher.  We also have highly experienced and qualified Senior Early Years Educators (SEYE) and Early Years Educators (EYE).  Each child will be allocated a Key Person and be part of a group (Red, Yellow or Blue) led by our teacher or an SEYE.  We have a stable staff team, some of whom have been with us for many years. Every child attending Nursery School has a key worker who will get to know your child best (although all staff work with all the children) and is a first point of contact for parents. They will also record your child’s experiences and achievements in a ‘Learning Journal’ and share this with you across your time with us. We're proud of the positive relationships we develop with families, which begin with a home visit and continue with regular 'parent conversations' and written progress summaries to support children's learning and development.  We are always here for parents and carers to chat with at the beginnings and ends of every session.

Additionally, we have Early Years Dining Assistants who supervise the children at lunch times.
