Welcome to Warwick Nursery School

Warwick Nursery School is a maintained nursery school offering term time places for children aged 2-4 years.  We are a high quality 'early years' setting, led by qualified teachers (QTS), provided by the local authority for the Warwick community and surrounding areas.  Being located in the heart of Warwick makes us easily accessible from all parts of town and beyond.  Our lucky children play and learn within the most beautifully natural setting, tucked in a corner of Priory Park, and are cared for and supported in doing so by our nurturing, dedicated team of staff.  

Both age groups play and learn freely, enjoying continuous access between their own large and well-resourced indoor and outdoor play areas, each offering the most leafy, natural gardens and all kinds of child-led play experiences throughout their sessions.  In addition to this, the Nursery School has its own dedicated Forest School provision. 

Our spacious environment enables us to comfortably accommodate a sizable group of children, whilst maintaining the calm, personal atmosphere our young children thrive in.  In fact, we pride ourselves on knowing each child as an individual.  Forming strong relationships with our families is at the heart of our role.  This enables us to work in close partnership, caring for your child's individual needs, well-being, learning and development in the best way possible.

Warwick Nursery School has been established on this site for over 60 years.  We have a long history of supporting the families of Warwick and the wider community.  Our highly experienced and well-trained staff pride themselves on the fact that our Nursery School  has played a major role in the early years play and education for the families in Warwick generation after generation.

We run weekly 'Stay and Play' sessions for anyone in Warwick with children from 0-5 years.

We are proud to host Warwick's only toy-lending library, which is open to all families. www.warwicktoylibrary.org
